업무내용/자격요건 ▣ 담당업무
Manage daily accounting operation (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Asset, Inventory) and ensure full compliance
with DHR/Leica accounting Policy as well as local statutory and tax requirement.
 Manage the month-end closing process to deliver quality, promptness, and efficiency. Continuously
use DBS tool to drive enhancement/ improvement.
 Prepare, review, and analyze internal and external financial statements including
Monthly/quarterly/annual DHR reporting package, Annual corporate tax return, Deferred Tax Asset/
Deferred Tax Liability calculation / Monthly VAT tax filing, etc.
 Support the finance controller to identify risk/opportunity and drive improvement by providing high
quality analysis on the finance KPIs (DSO, Working capital, Inventory etc.)
 Work with global controlling and tax team on major accounting/tax subjects (lease accounting,
transfer price, etc.)
 Lead Balance sheet reconciliation process and ensure all accounts reconciliation are done per DHR
standard with aged item properly highlighted and addressed.
 Perform Treasury process including employee payroll payments.
 Perform internal control related testing including but not limited to rev rec testing, SOX Control testing
etc. and ensure all the questions are answered properly. Support the finance controller to drive
mitigation plans and improvement if there are any exceptions/irregularities.
 Assist DHR internal audit and statutory Tax audit, supporting the activities by providing required
document/info and drive the improvement action plan for accounting related issues.
 Support FC for providing yearly budgets and monthly forecasts with best estimations.
 Liaise with external auditor and preparation of statutory report.

▣ 자격요건
Minimum 10 years in doing full sets of accounts or similar capacity.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- SAP Experience is mandatory.
- Meticulous and able to think of solutions to problems.
- Possess a good working attitude and able to be independent as well as function as a team player.
- Able to meet tight schedules, deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Need to be able to handle very detailed and manual work.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of KGAAP and USGAAP
- Experience in a multinational or a start-up environment is a plus.
- Fluent in English
